As a student borrowing a Health Professions Student Loan, you are able to complete the additional promissory note requirements online. You will be given the choice to electronically sign your promissory note or print a completed promissory note to sign and submit.

Students who wish to electronically sign their promissory note will need to have their U.S. Department of Education (ED)-issued PIN number. If you do not have an ED PIN number or you do not recall your previously issued number, you can register for one at www.pin.ed.gov.
